What is mediation?
Workplace mediation is a quick and flexible, voluntary process that aims to break down the barriers that have led to people becoming entangled in a dispute, paves the way for broken relationships to be fixed and helps those involved work towards a shared solution on how they can once again work alongside / with one another. It aims to prevent the escalation to more formal or legal procedures and avoid the significant financial and time burden of instigating or defending an Employment Tribunal claim.
What is conflict coaching?
Conflict coaching is part of a set of skills used to support employees’ ability to manage or handle conflict. This does not always lead to resolution in itself, it might be about recognising creative conflict v dispute. This coaching experience tends to be one-to-one.
What are investigations?
With an increasing expectation of diligence, conducting fair, robust and timely investigations in the workplace is crucial. I provide the expertise required to conduct grievance investigations into serious complaints, bullying, harassment and whistleblowing cases, all of which need watertight processes and professional handling.
